Mind Your Head was the undergraduate thesis exhibition for the Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design at the University of Michigan. The show featured work in a wide range of media by the 92 graduating BFA, BA, and Interarts students. This exhibition unfolded over 17 days at five exhibition sites throughout the city of Ann Arbor: Michigan Theater, Duderstadt Video Studio, Slusser Gallery, Work Gallery, and Argus Building. All of the promotional materials for the show were the brainchildren of the graduating seniors themselves. Everything from the name, concept, & visual imagery was brainstormed and executed by a group of six students that I was lucky enough to be a part of. Ultimately the show featured two poster designs utilizing the same style elements and ideas, one was created by myself while the other was created by my classmate Cullen Whitmore. These posters were displayed at exhibition locations, around campus, and shared by fellow students online to promote the event.
